Ties for the Blind Foundation is an independent, nonprofit organization that manufactures and sells Lions International-authorized merchandise at Lions events throughout North America.  All proceeds are used to support Lions projects.  Most members are former presidents of the Johnson City, Tennessee Lions Club, and continue their service to Lionism through their volunteer efforts with TFTB.
